We select employees who prove they have a solid understanding of the fundamentals of software development. We require our employees to have very good English communication skills. iConnect employs around 45 software professionals including software team leaders, developers, quality assurance engineers, systems analysts and software architects. For new graduates, we focus on recruiting and training talented individuals with a strong understanding of software engineering fundamentals, object-oriented programming, data structures, algorithms and databases. Our software professionals have a wide range of technical skills including experience with:
- Microsoft .NET Technologies, ASP .NET, VB .NET, C# for desktop and web-based software applications.
- Mobile app development for iOS platforms (iPhone and iPad) as well as Android app development.
- Reporting with SQL and Crystal Reports.
- Software Quality Assurance and testing.
- GUI design, Silverlight, HTML5 and Flash animation in addition to image processing.
